Born in the UK, Bryony travelled the globe, acquiring a Ph.D. in geology and pursuing research that intertwined with her passion for landscape and astrophotography. Her work, blending scientific insight and artistic flair, has gained international recognition, reflecting her commitment to empowering women in astrophotography.
Eric, originally from Salt Lake City, charted a path from disdain to devotion in photography. After receiving a degree in biology from the University of Portland, a spontaneous attempt at capturing the Milky Way in 2012 led him to embrace the very hobby he once disliked. He now specializes in high-resolution night sky panoramas and deep space astrophotography. Bryony and Eric live in the mountains together outside of Salt Lake City, running a small observatory and sharing their combined expertise through workshops and seminar, enriching the photography community with their unique blend of science and art.
