A Cabin to Remember
If you were to ask me to describe my most ideal night I think this image represents that. Clear dark skies, a unique composition, and sharing the experience with my girfriend, father, and one of my best friends, all who love photography and doing nightscapes. In terms of memorable pictures and nights this one ranks right near the top. I had already shot the cabin with the Milky Way, so rather than repeat the shot I figured I'd capture the memory instead, with Bry helping my dad with his camera and my friend Grant taking his sky shots I setup behind to capture everyone doing their thing. Something I won't ever forget.
6 Exposures for this image, all shot with a Nikon Z7 and Sigma Art 40mm on a Sky Watcher Star Adventurer Mini tracking mount. Sky exposures are 2 minutes at ISO 800 and f2, foreground exposures are 2 minutes at ISO 1600 and f1.4
