Observatories de La Silla

The La Silla complex has so many observatories it offers a myriad of photography compositions. This time of year it's difficult to get the full Milky Way in a good field of view, but the beautiful Magellanic Clouds allow for different creative views. I decided this angle of these observatories with the clouds and "lesser" arm of the MW behind was beautiful with the red and green airglow. 9 exposures for this image, all shot with a Nikon Z7 and Sigma Art 35mm lens on a Sky Watcher Star Adventurer Mini tracking mount. All exposures were 90 seconds at ISO 1600 and f2.5.
